I've long wanted my Tv Tuner card to work with SnapStream PVS. (Snapstream
is Personal Video Recorder software for Windows) However, it didn't really support my card. So, it was unable to change
channels automatically. I tried Russ Spooner's plugin but it did
not work for me. So, I wrote my own. It uses the PCTV Vision software to change the channel and should work
with the whole line of Pinnacle Systems PCTV cards (at least the ones that come with PCTV Vision)
